Sprite Kenya and Safaricom are hosting a free live event at Uhuru Park in Nairobi on 22 May, bringing together nine acts to award creators who participated in the Hook’d On Fresh digital challenge.
The event, called Fresh Vibes, is the closing chapter of a month-long campaign both brands launched in February under Sprite’s “It’s That Fresh” platform. The campaign ran a creator challenge on TikTok and Instagram through April, offering cash prizes from KES 3,000 to KES 20,000 across nine reward tiers, with smartphones and data bundles for the top eight performers.

Entry costs KES 100, which includes a free Sprite at the gate.
The lineup includes Grauchi, Buruklyn Boyz, BV Accurate, Maandy, Brian the DJ, Collo Blue, Charisma, MC Gogo, and The Cluster KE. Several of those artists served as mentors during the campaign’s campus masterclass series, which visited universities from JKUAT to Pwani between March and April.
The Uhuru Park show runs from 4PM.
The broader “It’s That Fresh” campaign, launched in February, put Ksh 3 million in prize money into Kenya’s creator economy, targeting young Kenyans across music, fashion, comedy, and sports content. Campus activations reached Kenyatta University, Moi University, Maseno University, and Dedan Kimathi University of Technology, among others.
Juliana Kituma, Director of Frontline Marketing at Coca-Cola Kenya, said the 2026 push was designed to strengthen the brand’s presence in music, basketball, campus culture, and digital platforms.

The KES 100 entry price and the Safaricom co-sponsorship suggest the event is structured as a volume play, trading margin per head for turnout and brand visibility heading into the mid-year period.
